Privacy Policy

Papermedium has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm’s full commitment to your confidential personal information.

Who Should Use Our Website?
Our website is for stationary products and services and is not intended for children. We offer stationary products and design services and thus do not market any products or services to children under the age of thirteen or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that information is or has been submitted by or collected from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete this information.

Safe Shopping and Security
Papermedium will treat your credit card information and other personal data with the appropriate safety and security features and confidentiality standards. Credit Card information will not be stored on-line and will be safely deleted after each transaction.
Papermedium uses SSL technology, thereby allowing communications to be encrypted. In order for SSL to work, though, you must have a browser that supports SSL technology.
Please note that e-mail may not be encrypted and cannot be considered a secure means of transmitting sensitive information. Papermedium will never ask you to submit your credit card information via e-mail.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers, employer identification numbers or social security numbers and other financial information), that information is encrypted and is protected with the encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to others.

Opt-Out
Our site provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request your email address.

How Do We Protect Your Customer Information?
We expect any company with whom we share your information to use it only to provide the service we have asked them to perform. Information about you is also available within Papermedium. It is available to those people who may need to use it to meet and service the needs of our customers. We communicate the need to protect your information to all employees and agents. We especially communicate this need to people who have access to it. Plus, we have established physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

Note that if your relationship with us ends, your information will remain protected. This protection will be provided according to our privacy practices outlined in this notice.

Cookies
A cookie is a small data file that certain websites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. When you visit the Site, Papermedium uses a cookie to store a unique, random user ID called a Session variable. We do not store passwords or any personal information about you. These Session variables persist for the entire user-session. Once the session expires or is abandoned, the variable is discarded. We use this ID to identify you anonymously in our database and to track the pages you visit on our site. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use the Site. However, if you turn off cookies, then you will not be able to order from the Site.

Registration and Ordering
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and some demographic information (like gender, address and age). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send you information about Papermedium.

Changes to Privacy Policy
We may occasionally change this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the changes on the Site. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.
